1. Set the workspace back color: VIEW | WORKSPACE | BACKCOLOR
2. Set Snap to Grid: VIEW | GRID | SNAP TO GRID.
3. Paste images onto workspace.
4. Set first image size.
5. Select sized image first then second image.
6. From main menu: OBJECT | MATCH SIZE | HEIGHT & WIDTH
7. Unselect both images and select the first image
8. Select OBJECT | EDIT ANNO and check INCLUDE IMAGE BORDER
9. Set desired border width.
10. Click on BORDER COLOR and ues the eye dropper to select a color from the image.
11. Close the dialog and repeat for the next image.
12. Add two rectangular annotations for the text. Set NO BORDER and TRANSPARENT background.
13. Check arrangement of all items and adjust as needed.
14. Trim the workspace around the layout: VIEW | WORKSPACE | TRIM enter 10 and hit APPLY
